How It All Started
In 2016 a government asked us to build an AI system that could forecast its national budget, trim costs, and inform policy decisions. Our engineers and PhD researchers spent three weeks on a rigorous technical proposal, then flew in to present it. One of our co-founders—a deep-learning PhD—delivered a 45-minute deep dive on the model architecture. The room stayed silent. Five minutes later, the only question from a top executive was: “Where’s the robot?”
That was our wake-up call. AI roll-outs aren’t IT projects; PhDs and code aren’t enough. Real adoption is about people, leadership, org design, culture, and change management—alongside data, models, and infrastructure.
Since then we’ve built and field-tested an AI-transformation framework with strategic partners. Our record now spans ideation, use-case design, maturity assessment, policy advice, executive up-skilling, product engineering, and production deployment.
At World AI X we’ve developed 700-plus high-impact AI use cases, piloted them with hundreds of corporate and government hosts, and scaled the best into ventures backed by multibillion-dollar investors and private-equity firms—ventures already reshaping entire industries.
